Being a first time home buyer can be daunting, especially in the greater Vancouver market. As new immigrants from South Africa, we relied heavily on the guidance and integrity of our realtor.

We decided to go with Monet as she seemed to be well known in the area. At our first meeting it became apparent that Monet had our best interests at heart and offered invaluable advice, which gave us a better understanding of the market and the property we purchased.

Unfortunately the house we decided on undervalued the role of the introducing realtor and provided a fixed commission structure which provided a very small compensation to Monet. She continued to support our decision and give us objective guidance from her extensive knowledge and experience which helped us conclude the sale successfully. She even bought us a beautiful gift basket to congratulate us.

So given the entire transaction from start to finish we can honestly say that Monet is a highly trustworthy realtor who acts with integrity and has her client's interests at heart. We hold her in high regard and look forward to working with her in the future.
