We've had a healthy Spring Market in 2010, and a typically slower Summer Market. July has picked up though...and continues to remain steady with increased showings and sales happening. I've just closed 4 sales this week...one condo and 3 houses...so the Buyers are still out there and trying to move in before September!  If you're ready to sell your home...now is a good time! There are many First Time HomeBuyers still looking to purchase this year as they've been locked in to low interest rates and have to buy soon!

As a SELLER, the main thing to keep in mind is that pricing needs to reflect the current market...you can ask whatever price you want...but the Buyers are the ones that determine what your home is worth. So, all that to say, if you're serious about selling your home this year, and you're willing to list at a reasonable price...it'll probably sell.
