Welcome to the New Year!
The New Year is off to a good start! Seems to be a little more action in the market than there was this time last year. The Buyers are out with their agents so if you're thinking of selling...this may be a good time as inventory is low and the snow doesn't appear to keep the serious Buyers away from Heritage Woods. Maybe it's the fact that every year more and more people are hearing about the "Woods" from friends that have moved here. I've noticed a lot of young couples, ready to put down roots and start a family, are moving here from the City. It's a wonderful place to raise kids...safe, good schools, lots of parks, hiking trails, beaches and shopping closeby. Seems to be a really positive energy here...lots of happy folks just glad to be here....maybe it's time you checked it out!!
